Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on mgbd, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law; (d) not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of mgbd or its affiliated entities. By completing registration, you warrant that all of the above conditions are met and that the personal information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

1.2 Account Registration and KYC

Players are required to provide accurate personal information at the time of registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. mgbd may at any time request documentation to verify a player's identity (KYC — Know Your Customer), age, or payment method. This may include a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, or a screenshot confirming ownership of a bKash or Nagad account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified may result in account restriction or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. mgbd will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods and Deposits

mgbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladesh bank transfer services. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. mgbd reserves the right to request proof that a deposit payment source belongs to the registered account holder before processing any withdrawal.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed via the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever possible. Players must have completed any applicable KYC verification before a withdrawal request can be approved. bKash and Nagad withdrawals submitted and approved before 8 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) are typically processed the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. mgbd reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending verification of the player's identity or the source of funds.

2.3 Taxes and Currency

All account balances on mgbd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players are solely responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. mgbd does not deduct tax from player winnings and does not provide tax advice. Players in Bangladesh should satisfy themselves as to their own tax obligations independently.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers made available to mgbd players are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer at the time it is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.

3.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, time limit, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and eligible game contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is met will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Cash deposits and bonus balances are tracked separately within the player's account wallet.

3.2 Bonus Abuse and Multiple Account Bonuses

Players may claim a welcome bonus only once, on their first qualifying deposit. Creating multiple accounts in order to claim the welcome bonus or any other first-deposit promotion more than once is considered bonus abuse and is a serious breach of these Terms. mgbd uses technical and operational controls to detect duplicate account registrations. Where bonus abuse is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently excluded from the platform.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on mgbd — including slot machines, live dealer table games (such as Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Andar Bahar, and Dragon Tiger), and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the individual game or market in addition to these Terms. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, mgbd's records of the game round in question shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome.

4.1 Sports Betting Rules

Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for cricket fixtures, FIFA for football matches). In-play (live) bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet is confirmed by the system, not at the time the bet request is submitted. mgbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time the bet was placed, where the platform's live data feed was not up to date. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.

4.2 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time (Bangladesh Standard Time), all pre-match single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. For accumulator bets, the cancelled or postponed selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections. Special event rules may apply for major tournaments such as BPL, IPL, or ICC tournaments — these will be published in the relevant betting market's individual rules.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

Players must use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5.1 Fraud and Money Laundering

Using the mgbd platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that conceals the true origin of funds is strictly prohibited. mgbd employs anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that is inconsistent with normal player behaviour may trigger an account review and temporary hold on funds pending investigation.

5.2 Collusion and Cheating

Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, using software tools or scripts to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage, exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them to mgbd support, and any form of chip dumping in poker or table game formats are all strictly prohibited. Where cheating is detected, mgbd will void all affected game rounds and betting transactions, suspend the account, and retain all associated funds pending investigation.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

mgbd is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. The platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from the account settings area after login. These include personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Account Suspension and Termination

mgbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that the player has provided false registration information, that the account is associated with fraudulent activity, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the platform. In such cases, withdrawal of funds will be subject to completion of any outstanding investigation.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed back to the player's registered payment method after satisfactory completion of identity verification. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may not be refunded. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mgbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or error in the platform's operation caused by factors outside mgbd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters; (c) any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; (d) the content, accuracy, or legality of any third-party game or service accessible via the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8.1 Amendments to These Terms

mgbd may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, mgbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 7.

8.2 Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. Where a Bengali-language translation is made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the two versions.
